FAQs

  • How do I find out about the schools or utilities in the area?
Community information is available on the Local Links page.  You can find information for local government, schools, and utilities information. This listing doesn't represent an endorsement by the HOA, but is intended to provide you a place to start your independent choices.
  • How do I find out about trash services and pick up dates?
The Trash and Recycling page of the website contains valuable information about trash services including collection dates, special services, and yard waste limitations. Should you have additional questions, a direct link to the Deffenbaugh website is provided.

  • How do I get access to the neighborhood pool?
The previous homeowner is responsible for leaving the pool fob for new residents.  This pool key fob is frequently overlooked and may be mistaken for a key chain decoration.  Take time to learn about pool rules and the fob replacement policy on the Pool and Key Fob page of the website.

  • Why should I register on the website?
Website profiles are used as the distribution list for communications from the HOA and creates the online directory of residents.  After your registration is approved you will have access to resident-only sections of the website including the online directory.

Keep in mind that residents maintain their profiles.  Be sure to make the necessary changes should your information change.  It's also beneficial to ensure that no other profile is associated with your address in the directory.  Should this happen, use the Contact Us page and notify the HOA Board.
